Legal Liability and Costs

65.1	Questions of legal liability arising from a breach of a rule , including any claims for monetary damages, shall be governed by prescriptions, if any, of the national authority.

65.2	Any measurement costs arising from a protest involving a class rule shall be paid by the unsuccessful party unless the protest committee decides otherwise.
